Position Overview
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you choose when and how much you work. This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to earn extra money, build a flexible schedule around other commitments, or transition into remote work.
You are not an employee—you operate as an independent contractor and are paid per productive hour or call time, depending on the client program.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer service and/or technical support call
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, orders, billing, or troubleshooting
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service
