The Global MSP Supplier Contracts Advisor  is responsible for developing and negotiating MSP supplier contracts and advising the business on supply chain matters. 

In collaboration with adjacent supplier teams, this position is responsible for ensuring the efficient onboarding of MSP supply chains during new MSP implementations by drafting and negotiating best-in-class supplier contracts, as well as for supply chain expansions and changes in existing programs.

 

The role will be part of the team that performs the operational activities required to implement the Company’s supplier needs and strategies and has regular interactions with all levels of the organization.  The role is critical to the success of the KellyOCG MSP practice by ensuring that KellyOCG has access to the suppliers and talent our clients need and through protecting the company from contractual risk in our relationships with suppliers and clients.

 

Our Global MSP Supplier Contracts Advisor is accountable for:

  • Developing, drafting, and amending all Kelly MSP supply chain contracts.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of industry leading supply chain contract templates and contracting strategies.
  • Interfacing with internal stakeholders and clients in order to develop industry leading tailored documents and strategies for each new client/product/country implementation.
  • Approving/rejecting change requests related to supply chain contracts and developing client waivers as necessary.
  • Supporting the business when negotiating legal terms with suppliers.
  • Advising and consulting with internal stakeholders and clients providing direction, strategy and tactics for supplier engagement.
  • Participating in conversations with clients on supply chain engagement and contracting strategies, or when there are supplier engagement issues.
  • As necessary, participating as a subject matter expert in reviewing client and/or supplier agreements.
  • Performing the supplier contract risk assessment process when appropriate.
  • Supporting business development activities from a supply chain engagement and compliance perspective.
  • Striving to drive the use of automation and AI to streamline and reduce complexity of contracting.
  • Developing and improving Kelly’s supplier contracting processes and strategies.
  • Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes globally, and implementing appropriate updates within the team and wider supply chain business function.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+  years of experience in contracts with additional experience in supply chain management and externally facing relationship management preferred. 
  • Relevant degree or significant relevant experience required. 
  • Experience drafting and negotiation contracts, preferably in the workforce solutions industry. 
  • Experience in engaging with and managing relationships (including conflicts and escalations) with third parties.
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and suppliers and giving presentations. 
  • Growth mindset, always looking for revenue and sales opportunities. 
  • Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management.
  • Must be  comfortable working internationally in a truly global and diverse organization.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

 

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 - $68,400 USD per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
