This role focuses on understanding client challenges, business drivers, and organizational goals to deliver strategic guidance and tailored solutions that address specialized needs. <br><br>With the support of their team, the VP assesses current practices, analyzes challenges, develops and implements strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability. The role also leads a team of advisors who consult, design, and deliver customized workforce management solutions at the local, regional, and global levels. <br><br><strong> Responsibilities: </strong> <br><ul><li> Serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients to address complex talent challenges and develop integrated, long-term talent strategies aligned to business objectives, performance outcomes, and shareholder value </li><li> Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Implementation, Business Units, and Corporate Services (Finance, Tax, Treasury) to define deliverables and design scalable, impactful programs and solutions </li><li> Proactively recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvements, leveraging Kelly and external best practices to guide clients toward comprehensive, end-to-end talent management </li><li> Lead and manage a team of advisors responsible for driving product development and adoption strategies across the talent supply chain, including product strategy and resourcing to achieve targeted market share </li><li> Maintain close alignment with Kelly Account Management to ensure visibility into solution delivery and effective execution </li><li> Partner with Product Development and Product Management to support the creation, enhancement, and evolution of Kelly products and services </li></ul><br><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:</strong> <br><ul><li> Minimum of 12 years of experience across MSP, RPO, and Talent Supply Chain as a service provider (operations, sales, product, implementation, solution design) or practitioner (procurement, TA, HR, supply chain) </li><li> Strategic and consultative market-leading advisor who formulates long-term, evolving talent strategies and solution designs across people and process, with a strong focus on technology, including deep expertise in VMS capabilities and the broader tech stack </li><li> Strong financial, analytical, and critical thinking skills; assertive and fact-based in approach, able to clearly articulate trade-offs, pros and cons, and guide clients on scope, cost, and feasibility decisions </li><li> Experienced client-facing leader who engages senior stakeholders, leads workshops on talent models, manages expectations, and supports pursuit planning and deal solutioning with a consultative approach in partnership with sales and solution design teams </li><li> Proven delivery and governance experience, having managed targeted client talent models and worked closely with solution design to ensure clients understand design principles and execution implications </li><li> Recognized as a thought leader and product advocate, influencing client buying decisions while shaping and refining market-leading solutions through continuous market and stakeholder feedback </li></ul><br>Role is virtual, with travel up to 50%. <br><br>Base pay range for this position is $156,150 - $208,200 per year.
