As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives. <br><br>Our <strong>Vice President Account Lead, Office of the Presidents (OOP)</strong> oversees Kelly's largest and most strategic accounts, responsible for growth, operational efficiency, and executing strategic initiatives using industry expertise to produce mutually beneficial wins for our clients and for Kelly. <br><br>This position serves as a key relationship holder to all resources critical to delivering in their portfolio, including providing leadership to clients, suppliers, and key technology partners, as well as to internal Kelly leaders and peers. <br><br><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><br><strong> Strategy & Growth </strong><br><ul><li> Develops and executes sales and growth strategy to increase portfolio market share </li><li> Owns P&L management and consistently delivers on financial targets </li><li> Leads planning for client expansion, growth, and renewals; supports full sales cycle </li><li> Analyzes financials to identify growth and improvement opportunities, translating data into client-focused narratives </li></ul><br><strong> Client Relationship & Account Management </strong><br><ul><li> Serves as strategic partner and primary relationship owner for key clients </li><li> Leads strategic large account client relationship management and growth skills with the ability to own and grow large, strategic client relationships, develop and execute account plans (with growth targets, cross-sell / upsell opportunities, renewal strategies), be a trusted advisor for customers, growth minded and ability to cross-sell at Kelly with an influence without control mindset </li><li> Owns large account operational delivery and analysis, managing of KPI's, contracts, negotiations and delivery; change management and adaptability </li><li> Partners with clients to optimize workforce strategies, challenging conventional thinking to drive win-win outcomes </li><li> Ensures service delivery excellence and addresses issues swiftly and collaboratively </li><li> Oversees and drives client expansion initiatives </li></ul><br><strong> Thought Leadership </strong><br><ul><li> Acts as subject matter expert on portfolio and industry best practices to maximize account value </li><li> Stays current on labor classifications, trends, risks, and provides proactive guidance </li><li> Advises on staffing models and partners with clients to implement optimal solutions </li><li> Aligns client needs with solution areas through strategic connections </li></ul><br><strong> People Leadership & Delivery </strong><br><ul><li> Demonstrates leadership and cross functional collaboration while mentoring and developing a team of account managers and partnering across the Kelly enterprise to drive new business, problem solve and align internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes. </li><li> Oversees governance across all programs within the account </li><li> Manages resourcing to meet client needs and supports new business, building internal bench strength and succession plans </li><li> Sets performance goals aligned with strategy and provides timely feedback to drive high results </li></ul><br><strong> Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences: </strong><br><ul><li> Minimum of 12 years of experience running large, complex staffing accounts and teams </li><li> Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and process </li><li> Proven success in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships </li><li> Experienced in P&L ownership and financial accountability </li><li> In-depth operational knowledge of total talent management strategies </li><li> Expertise in recruitment delivery and workforce solutions </li><li> Skilled in account strategy development and management </li><li> Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across business units and broader organization </li><li> Able to apply broad knowledge and seasoned judgment to navigate complex challenges and uncertainty, providing steady leadership and clear direction </li><li> Effectively capable of promoting ideas and influencing stakeholders, plus shaping agendas and garnering broad support internally and externally </li></ul><br><strong> Location: </strong> Hybrid - remote and on-site with client(s) <br><br><strong> Travel: </strong> 50-60%, or as required <br><br>Base pay range for this position is $156,150 - $208,200 per year.
