<p> A24 is looking for an Account Director to oversee A24's growing rev-share business as the lead across accounts for our growing AVOD & FAST business. This person will deepen relationships for 10+ accounts with intent to increase, developing bespoke distribution strategies and driving performance. This person will also lead internal data system development and conduct performance analysis to make strategic recommendations that grow the business. This role can be based in our Los Angeles or New York office. Initial responsibilities include:<br /> Account Management<br /> • Grow & enhance partner relationships to increase revenue opportunities by providing best-in-class service<br /> • Develop and utilize presentational materials to innovate and execute customized partner promotional strategies<br /> • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to specialize on-platform product offerings<br /> • Oversee internal contract organizational management and drive process requirements to meet partner deadlines or expiration dates<br /> • Coverage on 10+ providers with intent to expand<br /> Business Development<br /> • Identify, evaluate, and execute on new partner opportunities to expand market penetration and long-term growth<br /> • Partner with GM in contract review, negotiating terms on amendments and with new partners<br /> • Build and maintain strong market knowledge to identify new revenue-driving opportunities and inform partner outreach and prioritization<br /> Performance Analysis<br /> • Develop and improve reporting systems, workflows, and metrics to support revenue growth<br /> • Create partner performance projections and competitive analysis to inform internal expectation and inform revenue benchmarks<br /> • Act as expert in understanding of ad-revenue performance metrics at the partner level, able to communicate to leadership to set goals & identify growth areas<br /> • Partner with Finance & Data to develop performance analysis efficiencies<br /> Qualifications<br /> • 9+ years of experience with at least 6 years directly managing accounts - experience in AVOD or FAST preferred<br /> • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills<br /> • Knowledge of digital film distribution landscape<br /> • Experience with Tableau or similar data system strongly encouraged<br /> • Strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence<br /> • Adept at developing organizational systems & facilitating internal processes<br /> • Acute attention to detail<br /> • Dynamic, self-starter, team player<br /> • Humble, personable, diligent, hard working<br /> • Resourceful, quick-learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment<br /> • Takes great pride in work output<br /> • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite and Airtable<br /> <br /> Our target salary range for this role is between $140,000 to $170,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
