Job description/specification We are looking for a professional to take on the role of Administrative and Logistics Assistant. You will be part of an international Team where you will work together with the Subsidiary Director. This position is based in the city of London in the United Kingdom. **Responsibilities**: - ADMINISTRATIVE | Payments, collections, expenses, and general office task: - Assist in the payments process;- Assist in the Invoice and collection of due amounts from customers;- Assist in the Staff expenses process, submitting and reconciling expense reports;- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to the Unit and Nonius HQ; - Book and maintain a filing system for expenses invoices; tax documents; - Organize travel arrangements for team members; - Greet and assist visitors to the office; - Update and maintain office policies and procedures; - Receive mail and process physical mail. - Maintain office infrastructure; - Maintain company phones; - Maintain company cars; - LOGISTICS | Project logistics, purchasing support, stocks, shipments, RMAs- Assist in equipment purchases and request from HQ for projects; - Assist in equipment purchases; - Supplier account registration; - Maintain stock inventory and makes sure all the equipment the Technicians take is registered in a project; - Manage shipments; - RMAs (customers and suppliers); - Customs process for exports manily to Portugal.
