Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years!<br><br><strong>Who You Are<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus at least 8 years related experience</li><li>Must have knowledge of retirement plan industry, participant recordkeeping, plan compliance, plan consulting and relationship management</li><li>Advanced business unit knowledge and knowledge of company products and services a plus</li><li>Requires proven communication, interpersonal, technical and problem solving skills</li><li>Must have strong understanding of the marketplace including employers, employees and intermediaries, and have the ability to influence internal and external clients and partners</li><li>Must have project management experience including ability to manage multiple complex projects</li><li>Requires proficiency with key MS Office programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Salesforce experience preferred</li><li>Travel required including overnight stays (25%)<br><br><br></li></ul>Licensing will be required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy in accordance with current licensing policy. The below licenses are required within 5 months of employment:<br><br><ul><li></li><ul><li>Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).</li><li>Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained.<br><br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Salary Range Information<br><br></strong>Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.<br><br><strong>Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)<br><br></strong>$69300 - $126000 / year<br><br><strong>Salary Details<br><br></strong>The following locations are examples of market-specific salary ranges across different geographies.<br><br><ul><li>Wichita, KS: $69,300 - $94,500 / year</li><li>Des Moines, IA: $73,150 - $99,750 / year</li><li>Charlotte, NC: $77,000 - $105,000 / year</li><li>Chicago/Minneapolis: $84,700 - $115,500 / year</li><li>Los Angeles/New York City: $92,400 - $126,000 / year<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Time Off Program<br><br></strong>Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.<br><br><strong>Pension Eligible<br><br></strong>Yes<br><br><strong>Location<br><br></strong>This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).
