Job Description Summary

The Aero Alliance Industrialization Program Manager is responsible for the pacing, coordination, and implementation of industrialization projects developed by GE Aerospace (GEA), GE Vernova (GEV), and Baker Hughes (BH) for LM Products Spare Parts.
This role sits within the JV Industrial Transformation team, reporting to the Program Leader, and works cross functionally with Product Leadership, Configuration Management team, Customer’s Sourcing & Engineering teams at GEA/GEV/BH. The Industrialization Program Manager will track, manage, and communicate execution progress for all spare parts industrialization projects across the joint venture.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain a regular operating rhythm with GEA/GEV/BH to:
    • Monitor execution of the industrialization plan
    • Manage and prioritize unplanned requests
  • Own and maintain the consolidated industrialization plan for LM spare parts and:
    • Ensure accuracy and timely updates
    • Align stakeholders across Aero Alliance, GE Aerospace, Baker Hughes, and GE Vernova around key milestones and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain summary dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Participate in the pacing rhythm led by the JV Industrial Spare Parts Leader to:
    • Ensure constant updates on execution
    • Drive issue resolution and decision-making
  • Act as moderator for joint reviews between channel partners (GEV/BH) and GEA:
    • Collect and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders
    • Build and present materials for cross‑functional discussions and decision forums
  • Ad hoc contributor of other Business Priorities as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management)
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) & Working knowledge of Smartsheet
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Desired Characteristics

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, global environment and across all organizational levels
  • Strong end‑to‑end project management and execution skills
  • Knowledge of aeroderivative engines, modules, spare parts, and repair services
  • Experience in the aviation and/or industrial segments, ideally with parts manufacturers and repair providers
  • Self‑directed, with demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting goals, milestones, and key performance indicators

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,700.00 and $149,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
