This is a high-impact role where you combine your recruiting expertise with a next-generation AI workflow and directly shape how modern recruiting works.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Mission</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own high-impact, end-to-end searches for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI platform. You'll be the strategic recruiting partner for our clients: running full cycles, advising hiring managers, and using data and judgment to drive great hires.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup for someone who's comfortable operating independently, pushing back when needed, and making strong calls on talent.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI-powered platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review AI-generated matches and quickly identify the strongest, most relevant talent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interview and qualify candidates, then present tight, high-signal shortlists to hiring managers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join client calls, clarify role requirements, and provide honest, strategic hiring guidance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a true partner to clients, including challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own candidate pipelines end-to-end, ensuring fast, clean movement through every stage.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Give structured feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic and workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep candidate notes and process documentation accurate, up to date, and reliable.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prioritize across multiple searches and drive them to successful hires with minimal oversight.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years recruiting for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience in fast-paced environments (startup or high-velocity agency).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong client-facing presence: clear communication, expectation management, and relationship-building.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent English, written and spoken.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High comfort with tools, ATS, and AI-driven workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sharp judgment on skills, experience, and culture add—not just keyword matching.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High ownership, reliability, and the ability to move fast without hand-holding.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience improving recruiting tools, processes, or products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Success managing multiple searches and high-volume pipelines in parallel.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Role Details</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location:</strong> U.S. Remote</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Schedule:</strong> Flexible, 40–50 hours/week aligned with PST</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you love fast-moving environments, owning complex recruiting workflows, and being measured by real hiring outcomes, we'd like to talk.</p>
