In this role, you will operate as a strategic thought partner, embedding with business and functional leaders to identify, shape, and deliver high-value AI-driven solutions aligned to enterprise priorities. You will serve as a connector between business strategy and AI technology execution—helping leaders articulate opportunities, prioritize use cases, and identify solutions that are fit for purpose, scalable, and value-focused.</p><p></p><p>This role is central to driving AI adoption across the enterprise by combining deep business partnership, product-oriented delivery, and thought leadership in emerging technologies. Success requires strong consultative skills, the ability to influence, and the discipline to translate innovation into measurable outcomes.</p><p></p><p>This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Serve as a primary business partner to functional and business leaders, for initiatives relating to AI, building trusted relationships and acting as a strategic advisor.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and shape high-value AI use cases aligned to business strategy.</li><li>Translate business challenges into outcome-based problem statements, product roadmaps, and solution approaches.</li><li>Guide teams through AI and emerging technology evaluation, facilitating informed make-vs-buy and fit-for-purpose decisions.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Digital, data, security, and architecture teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.</li><li>Educate and influence business partners and delivery teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.</li><li>Oversee execution of AI proofs-of-value, pilots, and scaled deployments, ensuring smooth transition to ownership and support.</li><li>Champion product-oriented and agile delivery models, focusing on value realization, adoption, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Define and track business and technology KPIs to measure value delivered and inform prioritization decisions.</li><li>Partner with Science and Innovation, Commercial, Integrated Operations and Functional teams to enable responsible experimentation and enterprise adoption of AI.</li><li>Manage and coordinate strategic vendor partnerships to support AI solution delivery and capability development.</li><li>Inform leadership of AI trends, opportunities, risks, and platform advancements relevant to the enterprise.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education & Experience</b></p><p></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, or a related field</li><li>7+ years of experience in digital innovation, product delivery, or technology evaluation roles.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage senior business leaders, influence decisions, and co-create digital strategies.</li><li>Experience operating in an IT Business Partner, Product Owner, or product-aligned delivery model.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance, and responsible AI practices.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, global enterprise environments.</li><li>Ability to articulate and measure business value and return on investment for digital initiatives.</li><li>Experience distilling complex challenges into manageable projects.</li><li>Technically savvy with experience evaluating enterprise platforms and emerging technologies.</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Join our <a>Talent Community</a> to stay connected with us!</p><p></p><p><span>DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
