The Airport Credentialing Office Administrator supports daily airport credentialing and access control operations by processing credentials managing secure systems maintaining accurate records and providing professional customer service to airport employees. This position requires attention to detail, accountability, punctuality and strict adherence to established security procedures and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Qualifications

  • Experience using Lenel access control systems or ability to become proficient.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to use Airline Choice systems for access related functions.
  • Strong attention to detail organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a security sensitive environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable punctual and dependable attendance required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and financial transactions with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time position only (40 hours per week), Workdays and days off follow the Port Authority Credentialing Office operating schedule and closures.

Reporting to: General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Process activate and manage SIDA badges and access cards in accordance with airport TSA and Port Authority requirements.
  • Operate Lenel access control systems to complete credentialing updates and access verification.
  • Use Airline Choice to print gate passes after confirming temporary access approvals.
  • Upload the Daily Sterile List into the Airline Choice system prior to the end of each shift.
  • Prepare and distribute knife inspection reports including daily Wufoo email reports and biweekly summaries.
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide credential support to airport employees and authorized personnel.
  • Receive record and log BOR payments accurately.
  • Receive and document delivery packages from Bradford and notify the responsible company when packages are ready for pickup.
  • Maintain accurate organized and confidential records in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Always maintain a clean professional office environment and professional appearance.
  • Secure all office equipment systems and sensitive materials during operations and at shift closure.
  • Lock computers and restrict system access using authorized credentials only at the end of the shift.
  • Ensure the credentialing office is secured after closure and aligned with PA Credentialing Office operating hours.

Additional responsibilities as assigned based on operational needs.
