By eliminating friction from the sales process, Aligned empowers revenue teams such as Deel, Hubspot, SimilarWeb, and ChiliPiper to deliver a radically better buying experience that accelerates deal velocity and improves win rates.<br><br>We've generated significant momentum and need a Director of BDRs to take our PLG-first sales process to the next level.<br><br>You'll work with an existing team of BDRs and use your technology skills to create a slick and integrated process to help the business grow.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><ul><li>Thanks to PLG, we've got a goldmine of users, and we layer in intent and signal tools to strike at the right time, with the right plays, which we'll look to you to create. </li><li>Help us convert thousands of free sign-ups into paying customers by building a scalable and repeatable process, utilizing best-of-breed technologies such as Common Room, Warmly, Orbb, Tableau, Apollo, and more.</li><li>Back up a PLG-first motion with cold outreach where required to achieve revenue goals.</li><li>Use your understanding of AI technologies to move from spreadsheets to a seamless, integrated, and repeatable process with dashboards.
