The Opportunity:

We are seeking a remote Data Entry and Invoicing Temp with Amazon ecommerce experience (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central) to support our Amazon operations team. In this role, you will own key data entry and transactional tasks across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. You’ll be charged with item set-up, order processing, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all workflows.

This is a temporary, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working within Amazon’s systems, and able to operate independently while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

-Creating, uploading, and managing invoices in Amazon Vendor Central; monitoring invoice status and flagging issues as needed

-Assisting in manual retrieval and entry of orders as required

-Building and maintaining product listings in Amazon Seller Central, including titles, descriptions, pricing, UPCs, images, and variations

-Ensuring all product data meets Amazon compliance and formatting standards

-Entering and tracking purchase orders and transaction details accurately

-Supporting day-to-day Amazon workflows, including order processing and label coordination

-Optimizing item keywords for visibility and reach

Who You Are:

-Experienced with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central; prior experience in eCommerce operations, retail vendor management, or Amazon account support strongly preferred

-Exceptionally attentive to detail, you maintain accuracy in repetitive data entry tasks

-Comfortable working with invoices, workflows, purchase orders, and operational systems

-Proficient using Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting

-Self-directed, you can work independently while aligning via a consistent weekly cadence

-Familiar with Amazon’s compliance standards

-(Bonus) Experienced with keyword optimization for Amazon listings

Role Details:

-Temporary role based in the United States

-Up to 16 hours/week

-Initial term of approximately 2 months, with possibility to extend
