URGENTLY HIRING DELIVERY DRIVERS IMMEDIATELY FOR AMAZON DSP

Earn 23.62 per hour

PAVE IT FORWARD LOGISTICS LLC is family-owned and operated by an Air Force veteran who also were Amazon DSP Delivery Driver for 3 years. Our management team has combined experience of over 1000 routes, making us the most relatable, down-to-earth Amazon DSP in the Nashville area. We keep the focus on our drivers, not our bottom line This focus includes providing rain gear to keep your whole body dry, 32 Degree base layers to stay warm in winter, and much more. We like to stay involved in the company, getting to know our drivers, and foster a family-like workplace culture where everybody feels welcomed and included. As previous delivery drivers, we appreciate, understand, and care for our delivery drivers.

We are looking for MOTIVATED, ENTHUSIASTIC delivery drivers to SAFELY deliver Amazon packages. We are searching for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME delivery drivers who will aspire to safely deliver to customers' front doors on time and with care in one of our delivery vans.

JOB TYPES AVAILABLE:

  • FULL-TIME (up to 40 hours)
  • PART-TIME (up to 10-30 hours)

JOB LOCATION:

  • 1000 Richard Petty Way Lebanon, TN 37090
  • Delivering packages to the Murfreesboro and Smyrna areas

SCHEDULE:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • Fifth day opportunities available for high performers
  • FULL-TIME Associates are required to work one Saturday or Sunday shift
  • Full-Time: work 4 days, have 3 days off
  • Flexible scheduling - We try to work you on your preferred days

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (NON-CDL DRIVERS ALLOWED)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safely drive and operate company delivery vehicle at all times
  • Responsible and courteous teammate willing to help team members in need of help
  • Strong communication skills
  • Load, unload, and deliver 250+ packages safely and punctually in 10 hours or less
  • Be able to get in and out of the van up to 200 times
  • Able to carry 50 pound boxes to the 3rd floor of apartment complexes
  • Operate a smartphone for GPS, route, and customer delivery information
  • Show excellent attention to details
  • Perform daily company delivery driver vehicle inspections and other
  • Navigate variety of routes through delivery area in unknown places
  • Need to be comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions
  • Be obsessed with satisfying customers
