Pay & Incentives

  • Weekly Pay
  • Base Pay: $21.75–$22.75/hr (depending on experience & performance).
  • Efficiency Pay: Get paid a full shift even if you finish early (depending on performance).

  • Paid Training Beginning Day 1.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (no CDL required).
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in all weather.
  • Able to work additional hours during high volume periods.
  • Must be physically fit to do this job.
  • Able to use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Reliable, safe, and customer-focused

What You’ll Do

  • Drive an Amazon-branded delivery van.
  • Safely deliver up to 200+ packages per route.
  • Use handheld tech (Rabbit/Flex app) for navigation & scans.
  • Represent TPE with professionalism and customer care.
