Develop and implement IT security compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry and regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure timely remediation of identified security issues. Monitor and analyze security systems and processes to detect and prevent any potential threats. Stay updated on the latest IT security trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous compliance. Manage and maintain all documentation related to IT security compliance, including reports and logs. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness. Communicate compliance requirements to different teams and provide guidance on how to meet them. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies for compliance audits and assessments. Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving IT security processes and systems. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure their compliance with security requirements. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing. Assist with the development and maintenance of the company's business continuity plans. Provide regular updates to senior management on the company's compliance status and any potential risks or issues.
