As a Talent Solutions Graduate, you will join our dynamic team supporting organisations in maximising the potential of their people. You will gain hands-on experience across rewards advisory and data analytics, talent assessments, and people advisory. Supported by experienced mentors, you’ll contribute to delivering client-focused solutions and best-in-class services in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Assist in delivery of talent and people solutions for clients.
  • Analyse data, identifying trends, emerging risks and opportunities
  • Prepare client deliverables, including reports, proposals, presentations, and assessment tools.
  • Be involved in client meetings and workshops to gain exposure to consulting best practices and client relationship management.
  • Support client management and contribute to project and consultancy delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective and productive working relationships Aon teams and colleagues
  • Keep abreast of current market developments, market changes and emerging risks
  • Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme

  • Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026. 

  • Great at thinking critically, solving problems, and using data to guide decisions.
