Your focus will be leading and supporting a team of Specialists, running daily operations and reviewing app submissions to ensure the quality and safety of all apps in accordance to the App Store Review Guidelines.<br><br>Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it!<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong><ul><li> As an App Review Support Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership and promoting the development of 20 to 25 App Review Specialists in your team.</li><li> You are self-motivated, friendly and have a passion to support your team’s development through critical and creative thinking.</li><li> You will identify, promote, and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals set by leadership.</li><li> You will support employees' success through establishing relationships and seek to understand what motivates individuals.</li><li> You will be responsible for performance management, ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly operational metrics are met.</li><li> You will effectively execute on management and administrative tasks such as leading team meetings, conducting regular one on ones, hiring, training, and development of employee performance.</li><li> You will drive operational improvements, team collaboration, and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.</li><li> You will establish clear and effective working relationships and communication channels with internal partners.</li><li> You will need to be able to demonstrate expertise in processing apps through reviewing apps consistently on a weekly basis.</li><li> You will provide support and guide Specialists towards solving Apps they encounter daily.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prior experience in leading a team as a People Manager.</li><li>Language proficiency in English and one of the listed: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or other languages of the Asia Pacific region.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ability to maintain high quality work through consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.</li><li>Knowledge of management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics.</li><li>Experience in developing employees towards achieving optimal results through coaching.</li><li>Ability to develop mentoring plans through incorporating observations and key performance trends.</li><li>Possess strong and effective written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor your message to your audience.</li><li>Great at building rapport and relationship with team to bring strong team cohesion and morale.</li><li>Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with multiple collaborators.<br><br></li></ul>Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
