Today, our technology and services power advertising in Apple News, the App Store, and on Apple TV+.<br><br>The Apple Ads team is seeking a Measurement Strategist - someone with the analytical skills to identify, develop, and package unique insights for our advertisers. You will have the ability to convert these insights into a compelling narrative combined with the communication skills to co-deliver these insights direct to advertisers to advise, persuade, and ultimately change advertiser behavior.<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong>The Measurement Strategist joins the team responsible for evaluating, sourcing, refining and presenting unique insights to help our advertising customers get the most value out of their investment in Apple Ads.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support Apple Ads Sales team from both business and technical lens to drive revenue growth.</li><li>Deep-dive in client challenges, identify and conduct analysis to respond and solve complex customer problems.</li><li>Work with large data sets, breaking it down into easily understandable stories, and communicate these narratives to clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Partner with Data Insights team to identify the right metrics, measure and track the impact of client interactions and revenue outcome; contribute ideas and provide feedback for new insights development.</li><li>Liaise with Privacy and Legal teams to ensure that proposed data sets honor Apple Ads’ privacy principles.</li><li>Collaborate with Product team to integrate successful pilots into customer facing reporting tools. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5 or more years of experience in the digital advertising industry, in a data analyst or business/performance measurement role</li><li>BA/BS in Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields</li><li>Advanced skills in SQL queries, Tableau and conducting analysis based on large data sets </li><li>Solid experience in face-to-face and visual client interactions - specifically with senior level executives, business intelligence and data science experts</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to distill information from big data and results into simple concepts and actionable insights for a variety of audiences</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills to work closely with Partner Development and various functional teams - to understand business requirements, and handle sophisticated projects related to data-driven initiatives<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), app-install marketing and attribution</li><li>Advanced technical skills: experiences with Python and Salesforce</li><li>Business level fluency in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus to liaise with stakeholders across the region</li><li>Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and trust<br><br></li></ul>Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
