As a Region Leader, you will utilize your exceptional leadership skills and knowledge of asset protection techniques to prevent and reduce losses, while providing a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees. Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to prevent and reduce losses. Train and mentor store managers and associates on asset protection techniques and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to address security concerns. Monitor and analyze store data to identify potential risks and develop action plans to mitigate them. Ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and company assets at all times. Develop and maintain positive relationships with store teams and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the effectiveness of asset protection efforts. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel, effectively to meet goals and objectives. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior within the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
