Assist in the hiring and training of new sales associates. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, and ensure team members are following them. Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry and competitors.
