This entrepreneurial role requires strong communication and analytical skills to identify, source, and secure lasting partnerships with new Marketplace sellers for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. The Assistant reports to the Director of Marketplace Seller Acquisition & Business Development and collaborates closely with Digital, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners across the enterprise to execute the Marketplace growth strategy.
