About the position

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Assistant VP, Technical Business Analyst in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available). The purpose of the role is to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities. The Assistant VP will lead Business Analyst for strategic CRM initiatives, including further buildouts of the CRM platform for new business lines, regulatory/controls related enhancements, and key data integration initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements gathering and definition, analysis, design, end-to-end testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Analyst for strategic CRM initiatives.
  • Requirements gathering and definition, analysis, design, end-to-end testing, and implementation.
  • Manage testing cycles utilizing offshore testing team and coordinating business involvement.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinator between stakeholders and technology team.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the project utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Answer queries in the support queue and maintain the issues/features tracking.
  • Monitor solution quality and advise project manager and team leads on areas for process improvement.
  • Assist the team in evaluating trade-offs between quality, features, and delivery.
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Work with the globally distributed development team to drive and deliver various key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis and project management.
