<p><strong>Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Construction Defect / PI / Coverage) $125,000–$185,000 + Bonuses | 1,850 Target Hours | California (SF- Hybrid or Fully Remote in CA)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I’m partnering with a long-established California civil litigation firm to help them hire an Associate Attorney to join their defense-side team, with a focus on construction defect, personal injury, and insurance coverage work.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator who wants sophisticated cases, trial exposure, and real client impact—without big-law burnout.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Highlights:</strong></p><p>• Reputation & Quality Work: AV-rated, “go-to” defense firm for major corporate and institutional clients, with a track record of trial wins and high-profile defense verdicts.</p><p>• Meaningful Trial & Litigation Experience: Work side-by-side with trial-tested partners on complex, high-value cases—this is not a back-office role.</p><p>• Balance vs Big Law: Serious cases and clients, but more sustainable expectations than many AmLaw environments.</p><p>• Growth & Development: Real mentoring, room to develop your own niche, and opportunities to build relationships with sophisticated clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>You’ll join a highly respected trial firm that has spent 30+ years defending complex, high-exposure cases for major corporations, public entities, and insurers across California.
