We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.</p><p></p><p>Lilly Ethics and Compliance (E&C) is committed to helping the company deliver high performance with high integrity. </p><p></p><p>The Associate Director of E&C and Legal Training and Messaging will lead the creation and implementation of legal and compliance training and communications.</p><p></p><p>Additionally, this role will design and execute change strategies that enable successful adoption of new legal and compliance processes, technologies, and initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Training & Communications</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the planning, development, and implementation of training solutions for prioritized legal, compliance, and integrated risk management topics.</p></li><li><p>Develop training and communication plans to support the implementation of identified legal, compliance, and integrated risk management initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Design and develop microlearning modules tailored to audience segments, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with organizational learning objectives.</p></li><li><p>Identify simple and creative ways to communicate key messages in a coordinated manner, including support of enterprise-wide communication campaigns, as needed.            </p></li><li><p>Analyze available metrics and learner data to assess effectiveness to improve legal and compliance training and communications<b>.</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Change Strategy & Planning</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement OCM strategies for legal and compliance initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and success measures.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Team Player & Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.</p></li><li><p>Actively contribute to a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Influence business partners and leadership to adopt optimal learning approaches.</p></li><li><p>Embrace feedback and promote continuous learning to strengthen organizational resilience and adaptability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements:  </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.</p></li><li><p>2+ years of experience in training & awareness, communications, and/or Organizational Change Management roles.</p></li><li><p>Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
