About the position

The Associate, Small Business & Consumer Operations (Project Management) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units. The role aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology to enhance financial performance, increase investment capacity, and manage risk. The Associate will analyze and review data tools, business processes, and operational standards to execute service delivery, ensuring that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements, and relevant requirements. Additionally, the Associate will support the Central Banking Operations team in project planning and management activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop close working partnerships with the IT Project Management Office and Central Banking Operations subject matter experts.
  • Support the update and delivery of project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Create project management deliverables for all assigned projects from initiation through closure.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, reports, and other project communications and documentation.
  • Document and communicate project changes, project health, and project status to business stakeholders.
  • Perform analytics needed to support the development of strategic plans.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining issue management best practices.
  • Oversee accurate incident ticket entry and closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business or equivalent field.
  • 7-9 years of demonstrated experience in banking, back office operations.
  • 5+ years' experience managing projects with cross-enterprise interdependencies.
  • 5+ years' experience building project planning documents and engaging the support and resources of others.
