Automotive Internet Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Handle internet leads in a timely fashion, follow-up, set appointments, sell the vehicle. A portal to portal position.
  • Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle features.
  • Commit to becoming an automotive internet sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
  • Test drive vehicles to demonstrate our industry leading features.
  • Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Pre-Owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with prospective customers via email, phone, and text.
  • Responsible for enhancing personal sales through mastering the phone, following call scripts, and setting appointments to visit the Dealership.
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals.

Automotive Internet Sales Specialist Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidates must have a strong desire to succeed and be highly competitive.
  • Prior experience with Internet Sales a must.
  • Steady work history.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Good computer, phone, CRM, and internet proficiency.
  • Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through with Customers.
  • Saturday availability a must as well as some evening hours
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time Required experience:

  • Internet Sales must have Automotive Internet Sales experience.
