Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Mentor and train junior technicians as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Represent UPS in a professional and positive manner at all times.
