Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive service. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various automotive makes and models, ensuring that vehicles are safe and functioning optimally. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Duties

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid maintenance, brake replacement, steering & suspension, etc.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive issues related to powertrain, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
  • Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle performance and identify necessary repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or similar environment.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose automotive issues effectively. .
  • Familiarity with automotive service procedures and best practices for vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
