Develop and implement strategies to promote availability and sustainability within PepsiCo and its products. Conduct research and stay updated on current sustainability practices and trends in the food and beverage industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices throughout the supply chain. Monitor and analyze data related to availability and sustainability, and provide recommendations for improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders, such as suppliers, NGOs, and government agencies, to support sustainability initiatives. Develop and deliver training and educational programs for employees to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability practices. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through sustainable practices. Serve as a sustainability ambassador for PepsiCo, promoting our commitment to sustainability to both internal and external audiences.
