You’ll design, build, secure, and optimize our Azure Platform using Policy, RBAC, and Functions, along with guiding teams in modern DevOps and automation practices. You’ll work as part of a talented team of Azure engineers, collaborating closely to drive cloud innovation and deliver high-quality solutions for our internal customers.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do:<br><br></strong>In this role, you’ll help work to strengthen the engineering team, drive operational direction, and apply hands-on Azure engineering to produce meaningful impact across our Azure Cloud Platform.<br><br><ul><li>Design, build, secure, and optimize Azure environments, applying strong knowledge of Azure Architecture, Governance, Policy, RBAC, and Functions. </li><li>Lead improvements to the Azure Cloud Platform, systems, and engineering practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance. </li><li>Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible to provision, manage, and scale Azure resources consistently and securely. </li><li>Drive automation and orchestration, leveraging Python, Ansible, and other tooling to streamline workflows and reduce operational friction. Provide self-service provisioning supporting both traditional IaaS workload and modern immutable implementations. </li><li>Apply DevOps methodologies to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. </li><li>Collaborate across teams and with external partners, including customers and vendors, to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality Azure-based solutions. </li><li>Work with product owners to champion modern engineering approaches and help implement the Azure roadmap. </li><li>Service Collateral - Author service collateral, design artifacts, and support documentation to enable scalable adoption. </li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, communicating and documenting procedures, and recommending architectural changes when necessary. </li><li>Training and Support - Provide training and production support as required. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications You Must Have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. </li><li>Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Python for infrastructure automation. </li><li>Knowledge of enterprise Active Directory integration and privileged access management. </li><li>Problem-solving skills in diagnosing technical issues and recommending architectural changes. </li><li>Ability to break down objectives into detailed increments and deliver on-time. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications We Prefer:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale Azure environments. </li><li>Background in Azure security, including Policy, RBAC, and identity governance. </li><li>Experience working in or building CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and automated testing practices. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Role Type: Hybrid<br><br></strong><ul><li>Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
