ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

  • Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements
  • Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations.
  • Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail.
  • Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
  • Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team.
  • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
  • Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair
  • Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
  • Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
  • Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 year’s experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
  • Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.
  • Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
  • Ability to work alone.

  • Lift and/or carry up to 80lbs from the ground to overhead.

  • Ability to carry, erect, and climb ladders.
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range.
