Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, booking issues, flight status, and general customer support.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding Delta Airlines services, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with changes to flight reservations, cancellations, and rebooking requests.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system, ensuring all necessary follow-ups are completed.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
