Key Responsibilities

  • Build reporting dashboards and provide weekly/monthly performance readouts on key email KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue attribution, churn impact.

  • Braze certification strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Liquid templating language and Connected Content for dynamic personalization.

  • Experience building multi-step Canvas flows with decision splits, audience paths, and action-based triggers.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email (responsive design, cross-client rendering).

  • Experience with A/B testing methodology and statistical significance in an email context.

  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable lifecycle strategies with clear KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in DTC health, wellness, telehealth, or subscription commerce verticals.

  • Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance (FTC disclosure, HIPAA-adjacent PII handling within Braze).

  • Familiarity with transactional vs. marketing message classification and legal requirements for each.

  • Experience with Braze Currents or data export integrations for advanced analytics.

  • Familiarity with Braze's REST API for triggered messaging or custom integrations.

  • Experience with SMS/push as complementary channels within Braze (not just email).
