Role Overview:

Helping support our sales teams from an administrative perspective. These responsibilities include writing Special Pricing Requests ("SPRs"), writing sales cases, providing reporting needs, acting as a dedicated resource for all policy and program-related elements within the sales organization, and more. Our mission is to allow our salespeople more time to focus on revenue-generating activities by offloading the back-end, administrative tasks. Strong time management, accountability, and communication skills are key to success in this role. This role is a more advanced SSR role and knowledge of internal systems such as Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, MySonicWall Sandbox, Qlikview, and Gainsight are key attributes.

What will you do:

  • Acting as a dedicated point of contact on administrative needs for our EMEA ELT team.
  • Calendar Management.
  • Expense reports and financial tracking.
  • Ordering and Coordination of various items for our sales teams.
  • Helping with administrative tasks in an inbound queue such as but not limited to; writing SPRs,
    sales cases, helping facilitate reporting needs, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative-focused role is a plus.
  • Ability to turn around requests in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal counterparts and external partners and customers.
  • Ability to use and navigate a computer and learn new programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without
    experience; or equivalent work experience preferred.
