As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our project team to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to drive business growth. Requirements Analysis: Perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, and work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to gather critical information and produce useful reports. Project Management: Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables. Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, and lead ongoing reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or an MBA). Experience: A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field (we welcome recent graduates and those looking to start their career in business analysis). Analytical and Conceptual Thinking: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Technical Skills: Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in bolthires applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication and Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and give presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Business Analysis: Experience in business analysis or a related field, with a track record of following through on commitments and delivering results. Leadership Experience: Experience leading and developing top-performing teams, and a history of leading and supporting successful projects. Certifications: Relevant certifications in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA.
