Position: Business Process Architect - Client Services (Asset Management Focus)
Client: Public Sector
Location: Remote
Start: ASAP
Duration: 7 weeks initial with a likely 6-month extension
Language: English (French is nice to have)
Security Clearance: N/A

Background: To drive strategic transformation within a Client Services Business Unit by optimizing processes, aligning technology, and enabling value-driven outcomes. This role will ensure that the Client Services is future-ready, efficient, and integrated with our clients' overall transformation goals.
This consultant will be asked to create the following outcomes:
  • Streamlined asset management processes reducing operational inefficiencies.
  • Improved client experience through faster, more accurate service delivery.
  • Enhanced Automation & AI readiness for the client's transformation initiatives.
  • Clear governance and compliance framework for client services processes.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Service Management frameworks & Technology particularly BMC Helix.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management Practices. ITIL certification will a plus
  • Extensive experience with Business Process Design & Optimization
  • Proven experience with Value Stream Mapping & Lean Principles. Six Sigma, Lean certifications will be a plus
  • Expert in Technology Integration & Digital Enablement
  • Strategic Thinking & Stakeholder Management

Expected Tasks:
  • Strategy Development
    • Define and implement process optimization strategy aligned with client business objectives and transformation roadmap.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and AI enablement.
  • Process & Value Stream Mapping
    • Conduct end-to-end process mapping for client services processes.
    • Develop value stream maps to visualize and prioritize improvement areas.
    • Establish process governance standards and ensure compliance.
  • Technology Alignment
    • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to align processes with technology platforms (including AI-driven tools and automation solutions).
    • Evaluate and recommend technology enablers for asset lifecycle management.
  • Bridge Business & Technology
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly translated into solutions.
    • Support integration of Automation & AI capabilities into client services processes.
  • Transformation Enablement
    • Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
    • Monitor and report on KPIs and value realization from process improvements.
