Job Purpose The Business Sr. Analyst position enables the organization's transition to direct-to-customer sales and merchant-of-record operations by delivering secure, compliant, and customer-centric digital payment solutions that support a seamless buying experience. This position requires extensive collaboration with various stakeholders in other business units and has the capability to build robust relationships across various departments and companies. Key Accountabilities * Lead the elicitation and documentation of business and technical requirements for digital payment platforms and enterprise systems * Translate complex business needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile and SAFe methodologies * Facilitate design workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups * Drive Agile Program Increment (PI) planning and retrospectives * Oversee application configuration, solution documentation, and third-party integration testing * Define and manage test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance tests to support Test-Driven Development (TDD) * Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and promote high-quality code delivery * Conduct functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience * Maintain comprehensive project artifacts including meeting notes, decisions, issues, and blockers Qualifications, Experience, and Skills * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field * 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles * Strong knowledge of ecommerce and payment processing configuration * Demonstrated experience with point-of-sale configuration and integration * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Prior experience in a team environment and the ability to interface with all levels of management * Experience working with consumer-facing software products * Experience with payment gateways, fraud detection systems, or financial transaction platforms * Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and automated testing tools * Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or financial platforms * SQL and data analysis capabilities What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
