<div><p>BEI Construction is seeking a part-time temporary CAD Drafter to support our CAD department.  This position will report to the CAD Manager and provide approximately 20 hours of CAD support per week.  This position will be primarily remote with occasional travel to BEI's corporate office.  The duration of this temporary position is approximately 3 months.</p><p><br></p><p><span>Responsibilities and Duties</span></p><ul><li>Design, create, edit, update, collaborate, and present construction project drawings to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Work on projects supporting our multiple construction divisions, including Technology Infrastructure, Security, Audio Visual, and others</li><li>Continuously update project templates and design drawing standards</li><li>Create and distribute As-Built reports for customer closeout packages</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Required</span><span> </span><span>qualifications for this position include:</span></p><ul><li>0-2 years of experience in construction industry project drafting</li><li>Demonstrated ability using AutoCAD and Autodesk software</li><li>Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills</li><li>Demonstrated PC skills and proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Preferred</span><span> </span><span>qualifications for this position include:</span></p><ul><li>Experience using Bluebeam Revu and/or Photoshop software</li><li>Experience with low voltage and electrical design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>About Us</span></p><p><span>BEI Construction is a growing multi-jurisdictional union construction firm.
