We are seeking reliable and professional 3rd Shift Call Center Representatives to handle late-night and early-morning inbound/outbound calls. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive working independently during overnight hours and are able to provide excellent customer service with minimal supervision. Training is provided for all new hires. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist customers with questions, account inquiries, troubleshooting, or service issues Make outbound follow-up calls when needed (appointment reminders, verifications, surveys) Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams Accurately log all interactions into the call center or CRM system Update customer information and track call outcomes Follow company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards Identify customer needs and provide solutions or appropriate alternatives Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction Stay informed on product, service, or policy updates Work independently and maintain productivity during overnight hours Manage call queues with minimal supervision Follow safety, security, and compliance guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional—especially during high-stress or high-volume periods Basic computer skills (typing, web navigation, multi-screen use) Reliable internet, computer, and a quiet workspace (for remote roles) Ability to work overnight hours consistently Prior call center or customer service experience Familiarity with CRM or call center software Bilingual skills (a plus) Strong multitasking ability What We Offer Part-time or full-time 3rd shift schedules 100% remote options (if applicable) Paid training and onboarding Shift differential pay for overnight hours (optional, customizable) Supportive team and clear advancement paths Weekly or biweekly pay cycles Remote About the Company: Mount Carmel Health System Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
