About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Campaign Coordinator who can manage campaign timelines, communicate clearly with strategists and project managers, and also build and QA email/SMS campaigns directly. You’ll keep projects moving, ensure all deliverables stay on track, and handle the end-to-end setup of assets inside modern email and SMS programs.

If you’re organized, proactive, detail-focused, and able to move fast without sacrificing accuracy, this role is built for you.

You must be available during US hours, specifically 9am–5pm in CST, MST, or PST. A skills test will be required.

Core Tasks

  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables move smoothly from creative to implementation
  • Update Asana tasks throughout the build process
  • Communicate proactively with strategists, PMs, and creatives
  • Ensure all assets, briefs, and calendars stay organized and up to date Join client calls to provide status updates or take notes
  • Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they become delays
  • Build email and SMS campaigns inside modern lifecycle platforms
  • Set up segmentation, tagging, UTMs, and filtering logic
  • Schedule campaigns and flows according to the marketing calendar
  • Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues (events, profile inconsistencies,dynamic content)
  • Conduct full QA across emails and SMS (links, rendering, device checks, dynamic content, formatting, scheduling)
  • Follow structured SOPs with precision and consistency

Must- Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working inside modern email/SMS platforms
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication
  • Fast-moving executor who maintains accuracy under speed
  • Comfortable with process-heavy, detail-driven work
  • Confident in managing timelines and juggling multiple campaigns at once
  • Able to handle basic-to-intermediate troubleshooting
  • Comfortable using Asana and Slack in a structured operational environment
  • Eager to grow in both coordination and lifecycle execution
