You will articulate the value of WBL for local communities, help ensure employer needs are met, and play a critical role in administering Wisconsin's new statewide WBL system.This role will be based remotely in Wisconsin, USA.If this sounds exciting to you, keep reading!<hr><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:21px;margin-bottom:5px;">What you will do…</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Engage employers across Wisconsin to spark excitement about participating in career-based and work-based learning (WBL) through Xello's statewide system</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry organizations, workforce and economic development partners, and other key stakeholders</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Explain the benefits of providing WBL opportunities for students and the value to Wisconsin's workforce ecosystem</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Administer the statewide WBL and career-based learning experiences (CBLE) system, including account creation, opportunity updates, and background check coordination</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Present Xello and the Wisconsin WBL initiative to employers, regional organizations, and partner groups</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Provide training, technical support, and guidance on best practices to employers who are offering or interested in offering WBL opportunities</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Create and deliver support resources for employers, educators, students, and families</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with regional partners such as chambers of commerce, workforce boards, Inspire Wisconsin, and CESAs (Cooperative Educational Service Agency) to expand the number and quality of WBL opportunities</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Gather employer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the statewide employer experience within the platform</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support regional and local administrators through training, troubleshooting, and best practice sharing</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work collaboratively with Xello's success, onboarding, and training teams to support consistent statewide implementation</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Serve as a connector between state, regional, and local groups that are working to strengthen Wisconsin's talent pipeline</li></ul><hr><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:21px;margin-bottom:5px;">What we’re looking for…</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">2+ years of results-driven experience in employer engagement, outreach, sales, work-based learning (WBL) or career and technical education (CTE) coordination, or community partnership development</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and deliver value with every interaction</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups and representing statewide initiatives</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage planning, prioritization, and information with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A track record of self-direction, motivation, and follow-through in fast-moving or evolving environments</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to collaborate across teams and partner organizations</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Enthusiasm for learning and using new technologies, and supporting others in doing the same</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce and proficiency with Google Workspace</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Understanding of WBL frameworks, CTE, labor market trends, or employer-education partnerships (preferred)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with Wisconsin's PI 26 requirements, Career Readiness Standards, or statewide Academic and Career Planning (ACP) initiatives (preferred)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and possess a valid driver's license</li></ul> The compensation for this role offers a range from $65,000 to $90,000 USD base with a $5,000 USD incentive.
