We are here to accelerate a key growth initiative for Target and to lead the industry to a better way of operating. </p><p></p><p>As a <b>Category Analytics Lead (CAL) on the Performance & Insights </b>team, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and category authority for <b>Baby and Home Care</b>, owning the category-level insight agenda and acting as a strategic thought partner to performance & insights peers, sales teams, merchants, and other enterprise stakeholders. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, advanced analytics, and influence, translating complex data into scalable insights that shape category direction, inform go-to-market decisions, and drive measurable performance outcomes.</p><p></p><p>This role requires deep category expertise, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to influence decisions without direct people leadership. This position reports to a Director, Performance & Insights. Core responsibilities of this job are described below.
