How you will make contributions that matter... • In accordance with SOP’s, stage, weigh and prepare products. • Actively monitor pasteurization process and record data, ensure accurate chart record controls in accordance with Company, state and federal regulatory requirements. • Perform all required analytical testing. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor. • Follow all allergen protocols. • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation. • Operate tanks, pumps and operations equipment. • Perform and document equipment clean-up, CIP/SIP operations, tanks, lines and equipment. • Perform routine equipment adjustments. • Safe operation of a lift truck. • Accurately and neatly complete records, system data entry and documentation. • Perform all department environmental controls. • Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines. • Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics, actively apply the Saputo Company Values and Workplace Climate Policy. • Work together as a team. • Other duties as required by management. You are best suited for the role if you… • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. • Minimum of (2)-two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred. • Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required. • Strong math skills. • Proficient computer skills, software and data entry, SAP a plus. • Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification (Powered Industrial Truck). • Strong technical and math skills. • Ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels and mechanical operations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English. • Demonstrated work history. • Good attendance is a must.
