What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Developing and implementing business operations strategies aligned with company goals;

  • Translating the CEO’s and the board vision into executable plans;

  • Driving operational excellence culturally and technologically;

  • Overseeing global reliability and incident response process;

  • Designing and managing company-wide releases (ensuring quality, transparency, and communication);

  • Designing and improving internal corporate processes, systems, SDLC, and workflows;

  • Eliminating inefficiencies and ensuring productivity across departments;

  • Ensuring coordination between departments for smooth operations;

  • Improving cross-department communication through various events;

  • Managing indirectly and building rapport with other departments;

  • Implementing metrics framework;

  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics;

  • Identifying areas for improvement and resolving operational bottlenecks quickly;

  • Ensuring operational compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies;

  • Managing operational risks and implementing safeguards;

  • Collaborating with the CFO on budgeting, cost control, and financial planning from an operational perspective.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • 10+ years experience in managing and directing a team required;

  • 7+ years of senior-level operational leadership experience, preferably as COO or equivalent;

  • 2+ years in managing software development teams;

  • Proven experience in optimizing internal processes and implementing operational best practices;

  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, optimizing departmental structures, and implementing accountability systems across teams;

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously;

  • Strong emotional intelligence, capable of building trust, credibility, and positive working relationships across all levels of the organization;

  • A passion for continuous improvement, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

Desirable Skills and Personal Features:

  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry is a plus;

  • Prior experience in high-risk sectors is a plus.
