About the Role:
Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Agent. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You do not need prior travel industry experience — we provide complete training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone

  • Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements

  • Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates

  • Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations

  • Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages

  • Take notes and maintain accurate records

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service

  • Learn and use the travel tools provided during training
