Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization focused on community development, is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Officer to join their team in **Tangerang, Banten, ID**. This role is central to building and nurturing relationships with community members, local stakeholders, and partner organizations to advance the mission of the charity. The Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing outreach programs, organizing community events, and facilitating dialogue to understand and address local needs. Key responsibilities include developing communication strategies, managing social media presence for engagement, and coordinating volunteer efforts. You will play a vital role in advocating for the community and ensuring that our client's initiatives are aligned with the needs and aspirations of the people they serve. Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational and event planning abilities. Experience with social media management and content creation. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
