We focus on preparing and executing program rollouts, delivering on our growth roadmap, and modernizing pricing and the technology that supports the work we do. Organized into five functions—State Management, Development, Delivery, Underwriting Effectiveness, and Specialty—we collaborate closely to meet our goals and help customers feel secure today and confident about tomorrow.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The team</strong>: This role is on the Aerial Imagery Solutions Team within the Personal Lines Property & Specialty Product department. Our team focuses on managing and supporting projects that maximize the value aerial imagery can bring to Liberty Mutual. The team’s focus areas can be categorized into two broad components: strengthening existing use cases.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The role</strong>: This role will focus on addressing abroad variety of strategic questions at any given time. The chosen candidate will be responsible for integrating analytics, business rationale, design, and valuation to develop actionable recommendations that advance those strategic priorities. The individual in this role will rely on industry knowledge demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, be energized by building significant depth of expertise, and have experience managing complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility initiatives.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities and attributes of the ideal candidate:</strong></p><ul><li><u>Analytics and business rationale</u>: Under general direction, conduct technical and analytical assessments of aerial-imagery opportunities, query data to perform ad hoc analysis, derive hypotheses, and frame conclusions using sound business rationale.</li><li><u>Design and Solutioning:</u> Uses analytics to develop solution designs that account for multiple business, operational, and technical considerations while Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to proactively identify new opportunities.</li><li><u>Valuation</u>: Evaluates the pros and cons of solution designs, including direct and indirect financial impacts to ensure enchantments position Liberty for profitable growth</li><li><u>Recommendations</u>: Develops recommendations supported by valuation, design analytics, and business rationale; presents findings to leadership and drives cross-functional alignment on required strategic decisions.</li><li><u>Industry Knowledge</u>: Applies industry expertise to anticipate upstream and downstream impacts of proposed recommendations </li><li><u>Dedication to quality:</u> Produces high-quality, thoroughly vetted work suitable for a highly visible capability area; maintains a strong personal standard of accuracy, rigor, and polish.</li><li><u>Excitement for building depth of expertise</u>: Pursues deep, multi-layer understanding of systems and workflows to surface unseen implications, anticipate stakeholder questions, and provide thought leadership and innovative perspectives.</li><li><u>Project management skills:</u> Manages complex, ambiguous projects and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders often senior leaders to execute on strategic priorities.
