<p>We are seeking <strong>Content Moderators</strong> for a critical <strong>4-month project</strong> within our client's Trust & Safety division. This is an excellent opportunity for analytical thinkers and internet-savvy professionals to gain hands-on experience with a major platform while earning a competitive <strong>$25/hr.</strong></p><p>If you are a quick learner who can stay objective while navigating the complexities of online content, we want to talk to you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><p>As a Content Moderator, your daily responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Content Moderation:</strong> Review, classify, and/or remove content according to strict client guidelines using specialized tools and channels.</li><li><strong>Policy Mastery:</strong> Maintain an up-to-date understanding of evolving client policies and community guidelines.</li><li><strong>Complex Investigations:</strong> Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content-related issues to the broader Trust and Safety leadership.</li><li><strong>User Advocacy:</strong> Serve as an advocate for the user community by maintaining platform integrity.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency.</li><li><strong>Continuous Development:</strong> Engage in ongoing training programs and workgroup discussions to stay sharp in the role.</li><li><strong>Sensitive Dialogue:</strong> Engage in professional conversations regarding socially sensitive topics with the ultimate goal of community safety.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To be successful in this role, you must possess:</p><ul><li><strong>Emotional Resilience:</strong> Coping and stress-management skills; comfort viewing sensitive or graphic content daily.</li><li><strong>Radical Objectivity:</strong> Ability to perform duties devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, acting strictly in the best interest of client policies.</li><li><strong>Analytical Thinking:</strong> Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams to make decisive judgments.</li><li><strong>Internet Fluency:</strong> Deep familiarity and passion for internet platforms, culture, and social/political trends within relevant markets.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent reading comprehension and verbal/written communication skills.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> A high degree of accuracy and a commitment to quality and effectiveness.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to work well individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Customer Service, or Content Moderation is a significant plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Shift Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours.</li><li>Must be available to work weekends and holidays as the business requires.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Apply now for an immediate review of your application!</strong></p>
