Recruiter – High Volume (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

We are seeking a results-driven and highly experienced Recruiter (contractor)to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting large-scale hiring initiatives within our semiconductor manufacturing and operations organization. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across technician, manufacturing, and engineering-related roles. The ideal candidate brings strong operational recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and workforce planning teams to deliver against aggressive hiring targets and business priorities.

  • Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple job families and locations.

  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and compliance with hiring processes.

  • Influence stakeholders at all levels through clear communication, consultative guidance, and strong business acumen.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support growth and scalability.

  • Demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented mindset while thriving in a dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.

Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring in manufacturing, operations, or technical environments.

  • Proven experience delivering recruiting results in fast-paced, metrics-driven organizations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, prioritize, and problem-solve in partnership with the business.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience at scale.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, advanced manufacturing.

  • Agency recruiting experience supporting high-volume or niche technical roles.

  • Experience working with external vendors or RPO partners to support hiring demand.

  • Familiarity with ATS and and high-volume sourcing techniques.

  • Innovative, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
